coilover problem

ive put some apex coilovers on my 9n which have been on for 1week now, the front is lowerd 40mil and the back 60mil (the lowest it will go).

the problem ive got is tht the back end is still where it was before it aint moved , its like 3inch from the tyre. i was told to either buy shorter springs or take adaptors and spaces out.

im gunna give it another week to see if it will settle down abit but have u guys got any idea wot it could be and how to solve it.
