Removal of Lower Honeycombe Grille?

Post by 6N2 GTI 00 »

I have never removed this from the car yet despite having my plate supported by it.

Just wanted to know how its done? are there a serious of clips under the splitter?

Mine needs changing over and I want to make some new plate brackets.

Cheers

Ben :)

Yes there are clips all the way round. unfortunatly if your not very very careful you will break either the grill but its also a possibility that you break the fixings the grill fits into.

be very careful but pull like f**k, very tough to do haha
