Radio or Aerial fault ?
Radio or Aerial fault ?
My daughter has a problem with her car radio - a Sony CDX 400. It works for about 5 to 20 minutes then just crackles. Has anyone had similar problems. Dont know if it is the aerial or the radio. I have replaced the aerial booster behind the radio but still cuts out. Any help in pointing me to the source of the problem?

Sounds like a fault with the radio. if there was a problem with the aerial it would be a constant fault, rather than crackling after a period of time
