HEATED MIRROR NOT WORKING

my drivers side heated wing mirror does not work, with it coming up to winter i thought i would have a crack at sorting it.

does anyone know what may be wrong or where i can start to look to get it sorted?

The connections behind may be corroded. Take the plastic cover off and see
