Engine conversion MK3 golf VR6 subframe
HI all, im doing a vr6 conversion to my polo mk4, i just wanted to know will a mk3 golf subframe fit straight in? ive herd they do but just want to be sure , i am aware that it will need a front cross member making up for the engine mount at the front, any info will be very helpful

Nope they do not fit straight in mate!
two bolt holes line up, the other two dont. You also have to cut epic amounts out of your passenger side chasis leg. Ive attempted a KR conversion in my mk4 resulted in me scrapping it as i gave up lol. Lacked the skills, and it does take some i can tell you!
