I have noticed silly post alot on here? What can we do????

There's so many stupid posts being put up it's annoying me as I like this forum and the pologti bit alot, whT can be done to help these silly post being made?

Maybe when they sign up they can have a list of rules as such and helpful info and where the search bar is lol???
