corrado seats

Post by Skooty »

Hello folks,
Got a question: is it possible to fit a Corrado interior (front and rear seats) in a Mk3 Polo Coupé? I know anything is possible, if I want, but does it need a lot of work?
I already found out that the front wouldn't be to much trouble, but what about the rear??
Anyone done this before, or got a link to a site that gives some more info?

I think the front seats go straight in, but the rears need some cutting. I'm sure Rob (dub_envy) will fill you in, he's in the process of doing this himself.

I've been looking around myself a bit, and found 1 link about fitting the Corrado back seat in a Golf Mk2 GTI:

okay.. guess that's pretty clear.. any more details about the problems you had/have fitting them?
If you don't want anyone to copy you, perhaps you could send a PM/email or something? and don't worry.. I'm Dutch, so small chance we will ever meet
