The red ones seem to be worth a little less than the whites as well.

Which is a shame as the red is a lovely colour

I thought the GTI was £18K new or is that just the basic package without any extra's?

That's the basic for £18k. I was gonna buy one last month and the extras took it up to £23k I think. I nearly fell off my chair.

I could get an M3 convertable for less and go sideways all day. But it was a good drive. The DSG box is good. And really good on fuel. £18k is good I guess.
