Updating Suspension

Back on here after years of absense. Im back in a 6N2 GTi and loving it.

The car is a 00 plate with 114K on the clock so I want to refesh and update the car as best I can starting with suspension.

I plan to fit coilovers and lower her a touch but I also plan to change all rubber mounts/joints etc
Other than fitting powerflew parts are there any bits worth fitting/changing? Ive read somewhere that Fabia Arb's are a good upgrade? Any part nymbers?
