Cone filter 9n3 GTi

Just wondering does anyone have pictures of a cone filter on a 9n3 GTi?
Also pros and cons of having one?how does it affect engine heat etc?
I just want a bit more noise

Ive had no issues with mine, makes a really good noise can really hear the dump valve even with a standard one. Didnt notice any gains in power but i would imagine it would suffer from heat soak more so than a panel filter setup!

As long as it doesn't feel like it's lost power?easy to fit in?
Iv got a dump valve on it already would it make that louder?

Anyone notice fuel going down faster ? Or is it because I love the sound and keep it in low revs lol

LOL - i'm in SA and yeah the MPG also dropped on my substatianly when i had a cone fitted, did a little test, drop for one week with the cone to and from work then switched out the panel filter - i can say without a doubt that i got better MPG with the panel filter than i did with the cone and my butt dyno also beleive the car to be a bit mor torquey.
