Clutch Pedal Creaking

Hey searched around a bit before i decided to post. Couldn't find anything helpful....

Anyways problem: clutch pedal creaks when engine is hot/warm but when i jump in in the morning the pedal feels great smooth and just how it should be.

The pedal box has been replaced on the recall in 2004. I read that there may be a part that requires lubrication in the box or engine.

Any info would b a great help, such a small issue but it is bugging me.
