Hi!

New member here, Rickard is my name and i´m from Sweden!
I got a VW Polo Gti -2001. Owned about 1year.

Looks like a tidy example, must admit I dont like the rims or the front spliter but everything else looks good.
What size wheels are they 17's or 18's?

Nice, but wheels are way too big. Best fit 16'' for my taste with some lowering

Ive not seen anyone colour code the base of the Wing Mirrors, and spray the caps Black before. very different

it looks very tidy! what sort of mileage is it on (if you dont mind me asking)

The rims are 17", and i want coileys.
The front splitter is from a Volvo V/S40

, it was there when i bought the car!

I dont know the miles, but in km it is on 13.500km.

Have bought (here at the forum) a K&N Typhoon kit instead of my pipercross filter, hope it is better!

Here in Sweden, we have snow and cold right now

, so the car is not beautiful, dirt, dirt, dirt

But when its cold, you can drive on the ice, and last weekend we where about 20-25 cars, atv´s mx and so on, on the lake here in town, really fun.

its actually my old Typhoon which I sold to Rover220 in December

Yeah Ricki I bought it originally

Never actually used it on my GTI though, just trial fitted before removing because I put the car for sale

Lovely Induction kit though, looks amazing under the engine bay

Latest modifications;
* Shorter antenna
* Yellow tinted fog lights
* Lowered 35-40 mm all around

It's so weird seeing it all back to front! I was driving behind somebody yesterday or today, from Belgium I think in a 2.0 TDI Audi, thinking how weird it would be to transition between right and left hand drive. Nice GTI by the way!
