digifiz clocks

hi there, just wondering if anyone knows anything about the mk2 golf digifiz clocks?
would they fit into a mk3 polo? onli reckon it would just be a case of swapping the connectors/plugs from the polo for the ones from the golf.
is this right or would it be much more difficult?
