Replacing headlight bulbs - which to buy?

My xenon bulb has blown and while im at it i want to replace the side light bulbs with LED's and the main beam bulbs.

which are best to for the LED's and main beams?

Seen a lot of bulbs for sale with this canbus mentioned as it says that some bulbs can cause errors to appear, do you need this type for the GTI's or is any type ok?
