Polo Fun (or whatever name u like)

hello ppl
just wondering whats the difference between a Fun and a normal Polo 9n?
is it just a 4x4 wanabe (jacked up estate) kinda thing?

Aye, Basically just a Polo 9N with jacked up suspension, roof rails, different bumpers/wheel arches and about Â£3k added to the price for the 'priveledge'

Â£12.5k for a Polo with a 1.2 60bhp engine! Not on my watch bub

not sure bout the arches but it does come with some tasty 17"bbs wheels

I saw my local dealers one today. I must say its very nice!

Few things I noticed

* Chrome dials
* Compressor kit instead of spare wheel
* Has rear passenger courtesy lights in the roof
* Nets on the side of the seats for phone etc

* Plus usual Fun goodies

Car was up for Â£13250 and was a 1.4 75bhp model.

When they start offering some decent engines, I might be interested. I like what I see so far though!

20mm suspension lift and some plastic bits.... is that worth that much more?

Wouldn't of expected an 'urban' car to have 17" wheels as standard. They do look very nice tho.

I think the car looks okay. At least the Fun looks... well... fun... and kinda funky. Much better than MG Rovers attempt at an urban-tough car - the Streetwise. IMO.
