Polo gti 6R cruise control

Hello all. Ive got a 2011 polo gti and was wondering if cruise control can be retro fitted. Has anyone done this or have any info?

there is a fair bit of wiring that has to be fitted which includes running one wire to the ECU and soldering on to another wire

Also the BCM has to be at least one ending 87

Fitted Cruise to a (2013MY)Polo R-Line 1.2Tsi today what a PITA

had to solder on to some wires on the BCM and fit terminals into the BCM plug which had to be opened up with little or no room

had to feed a wire to the ECU and the Plug was protected with a cage fixed with snap bolts

All done and working

Would the same wires need to be installed on the gti 6r? How much would this installation cost including parts?

Parts came in at £130

You would still require the wires
