Thought i'd get signed up on here. I'm a member on Audi-Sport.net too as I own a 2009 Audi A3 S-Line Sportback and i'm into improving things, mainly technology wise and a few subtle visual mods. Anyway, I helped my girlfriend pick and put a deposit down on an early 2011(60 plate) VW Polo 1.4 SE yesterday after about a month of searching. It's Nimbus Grey, just under 20k on the clock and has full VW service history and still has VW manufacuters warranty until January/February 2014 (which the dealer didn't even know). Her main needs were Nimbus grey, air con and remote central locking which the SE spec gives her so she's happy, espeically as it was the end of the month yesterday and the dealer wanted to do a deal

We had been looking at the 1.2 engine but it's underpowered and noisy in our opinion.Only thing we'd like to add potentially, depending on cost, is front Fog lights, but I noticed although i've read about others wanting the same, not many have successfully done this mod? I've obviously got a mate now who has done mods to my A3 (electric folding mirrors, footwell lights etc) and i'm going to see if he'd be interested.
I'll report back with some pics and how far I go with the fog lights.
Anyone else got and easy, useful mods I should be considering also?
