The best way to use Climatronic...

Hi,
how do you use your Climatronic?
I've got Polo 9N 1.9TDi Highline and I'm little bit confuse about air-recirculation, auto mode, air flow direction, econ ecc...

In what case is preferable to use the single option of Climatronic?
I'd like to use it at best and save fuel too...

I use it in a very simple way and it works really good:
I just put the temperature to arround 20Âº and AUTO mode and then, when I go with the windows down, i put the ECON mode. If windows are closed, I remove the ECON.
I also use the thing to remove the humidity from the windscreen....

Ufff.. I hope you understant what I mean, becouse my english is so bad...
