Hi guys I recently bought a footrest of eBay:

However I'm completely lost in how to install it
Does anyone know how, or has anyone installed one before, any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks ciclo, but do you have a guide which tells me how to install, or can you tell me how to install, like which parts of the screws go where?
would be really grateful

Line up the plate, piece holes with a brad awl. You should be able to put a domed washer on each bolt and screw it in with some pressure without the need to use a nut on the back

Make sure there is nothing behind before you start drilling holes in the footwell.
Pipes are often fixed to the firewall in the engine bay.

This goes onto the plastic footrest - its empty behind there. Its not going through the footwell metal wall!

Indeed. Bradawl is the tool used. Thinking about it, I could've been clearer lol

i don't think a bradawl will pierce it, the footwell plastic is very touch, rant bradawls normally used for wood

It did on my 6N2. They may have changed the plastic. In that case mark it and drill a small hole just through the surface a little smaller than the bolt. That'll do the job
