GTI Tuning for around 350bhp..?

Hi, so im new here and im picking up a Polo GTI tomorrow.

It is already tuned to 250bhp but having just sold my 375bhp S3 (2.0 TFSI) im fancying more power.

So it already has:

Forge FMIC and pipework
Forge TIP
3" MAF
Forge 008 DV
358cc injectors
3" Turbo back exhaust (decat)
ATP exhaust manifold
Hybrid turbo with K04 internals
Custom remap

So for around 350bhp what more would it need?

As far as im aware it would need bigger turbo, rods, a clutch and a remap?

What parts are advised?

Better intercooler is needed for sure.. Look up 9n3turbo his build thread is epic!

Nahh i dont think so, call badger 5 he will tell you.. Junior had a custom one made for the car to suit his build
