1.9 PD100 mods?

HI guys,
what mods should I get done on the car?

-Decat
-Remap
-EGR delete? what is this and is there a kit or something?

Hi a had a polo tdi pd 100 I loved it! I had the egr delete and had it remaped to 140 bhp. You can get a kit from darkside developments for about £50 to do the egr delete. http://www.darksidedevelopments.co.uk/p ... -51mm.html

No problem mate. Yes it is a complete kit. It wasn't even that much of a pain to fit it.

Cool, where did you get your remap? was there any issues after with clutch or turbo?

I had no issues with the turbo at all and the clutch was replaced about 2 months prior to it getting mapped as it was on its way out. But a had the car for 2 years after it was mapped and had no problems with clutch slip at all in that time. I got it remaped at a revo dealer in glasgow.

Scott, the pipes which come off are they just blocked up and left or do they go back in?
