Radio / Bluetooth help please

Evening all,
Sorry if this has been asked already, i have done a search, but i cant seem to find the right answer. I have got a "13" plate polo bluegt. It has got the RCD310 DAB radio in it, but i dont have the mfsw. Im looking for a hands free phone kit to fit into it. I see VW do a retrofit unit, but is there any other kits avalible that incorporate the the highline on the dash. Or is it better to upgrade to the RCD510 DAB, but then do i need a module for the hands free to work then, if so which module do i need, and does it need any tweeks on the VCDS.
My mind is abit boggled on this, so any help or links avalible would be appreciated,
