What mods to do? 1.9 gt tdi

Hey all new to this forum, picking up my polo Monday hopefully. It's a 2004 1.9 gt tdi. I want to do some mods to it but unsure of what. Have it sounding better would be good, so far I'm getting rear lights smoked and windows tinted, was thinking of an induction kit and changing the back box? Don't want to be spending loads on it, just subtle stuff to improve the looks and sound. Any advice and links would be greatly appreciated.
