Wire grommet

Hi guys.

So on the alarm fit but i can not find the grommet for where the power cable comes into the car itself. i have looked at following the wires and they seem to go down and undeter the engine. Is the grommet behind the centre console?
where would you recommend putting the cable through to fit the siren?
