Air Recirculation

I've had this problem for a few months now, but now the weather is warming up it's really getting on my t*ts.
When you switch the air recirculation off there is a awful rattling noise coming from behind the glovebox, (i have a video on my iPhone, but have no idea how to upload it to here, sorry) It works fine and doesn't make the noise when you switch it on. I mentioned it to the dealer when the car was in for its service at the end of last year and they said it was to do with the switch that blows cold air into the glovebox when the a/c is on. I've switched the recirculation on and off with the switch in the glovebox open and closed and it still rattles when you swith the recirculation off.
Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds as though one of the 'baffles' which open and close to direct the air to various dash vents when you move the switch is causing the noise. Should not happen so take it back to the dealer (or another one) to get it fixed while still under warranty.
