I purchased a cheap switch off eBay and it was a Lexmark brand.
Has anyone used this brand before?
Who make the OEM product if I were to purchase from a VW dealer?
What make is OEM oil pressure swtich (1.4 16V)?

Lexmark!? Really!?
OEM would be ELTH or similar
Febi or Meyle would be your best bet for OEM quality replacement.

Yes, that is what I thought. It has no identification on it so could be anything.
Need to eliminate it as a problem so will buy an OEM switch and take it from there.

Lexmark from Lexington US of A, they are okay - but only for cheap printers!
