Facelift GTI VW badge replacement

Post by mat7thew »

Hi there!

New to the forum and just got myself a 2016 Polo GTI

Anyone had any success in replacing the VW badges on the facelift (2014+) versions of the GTI? Seen on ebay all facelift badges wont fit a GTI because of a different backing plate?

You can remove the GTI letters from the backing plate on the front in the same way you can from the rear - teeth floss string. Then just clean up, buy the new letters and put on :)
