I've ordered a new Polo sel with extras and so far me experience with the tracking system is very confusing
So it's gone through all the steps and is now currently at build in progress. My Volkswagen dealer advised me that the build date week started on the 26/11/18 however on the Volkswagen tracking app it said the 3/12/18.
It's now been on build in progress since the 3/12/18 and I was told it usually takes a week to build the car.
The confusing part is the Volkswagen tracking app now says build in progress however the stages section has a blue highlight on the in transit step and a tick on the arrived in the UK stage icons. If I could post a screen shot I would but not sure how to do it on here. So I'm confused has anyone had experience where the app says one thing but the stages icons are the actual status of where it is in the production?
