Hi all,
My windscreen washers stopped working today. There is water in the tank but nothing when I pull the lever.
Does anyone know which fuse I need to check for the pump?

Re: Windscreen washers
The user manual has a description of one of the fuse boxes, there being one in the engine compartment and one in the cabin I think. The downloadable one at the VW site might describe both.

How cold was it for you? Could they have frozen over? I can't find any literature to say the Polo has heated washers.

Re: Windscreen washers
Heated washer jets aren’t available on the current model Polo, not even as part of the Winter Pack.
On my car, I find that with the washers being below bonnet level and shielded from the elements, I’ve never had any issues with them freezing up. Important to ensure the washer fluid is at the correct concentration for winter temperatures though.
@Northernpolopilot; presumably you can’t hear the washer fluid pump working, which is why you suspect the fuse may have blown.

Concur with SRGTD.
I have the so called winter pack on my Polo and it consists of heated seats and screen wash bottle low level waring. I was promised headlight washers and heated screen wash nozzles but they are not there. I got a refund.
I would also say this winter, despite a couple of 200 mile drives in sub zero temperatures, the screen wash nozzles have NOT frozen over with the engine warmed up and running.

Try disconnecting the battery.
