Last time I looked they didn't and I wasn't sure or convinced bluefin for a previous model would work.
EDIT, they only offer it for the MK6.
If it's exactly the same engine and ECU in the AW then it should obviously work, but I'd need assurances from Superchips.

It’s a handset they supply with an updated map on it, not a chip as in the old school superchip [emoji1303]
