Why is this section of this forum attracting some many nasty members?

I am a member on many forums and I've never come across so many members behaving in such antisocial ways, first it was Scotland/England bickering drivel, then adding in UK/Europe drivel - as well as the odd "I and maybe my forum mates, are the only ones that know anything".

These forums, I think, have been set up to allow similar minded people to discuss and ask for help on car related topics, this forum does not seem to offer an "other topics" section, which is okay I suppose.

I just wonder if Alex needs to start moderating what is going on here to either bring some people back into line, or just ban them.

We're here to be a community, and certainly not to be attracting or supporting trouble. Any member causing issues will be banned and/or removed from the site as appropriate going forward

Should anyone have a grievance, please message me privately and we can discuss this and it will be dealt with.
