R-Line Badges

Post by gareth.collins »

Anybody bought and fitted one of these? From what I can see there is an adhesive option and a badge that screws on. Any guidance. Also I’m looking for the R-Line side badges if anyone has any recommendations it would be appreciated.

The blade style side badges are stick on with adhesive tape.

Have you seen the R-Line badges on the Tiguan, T-Roc and T-Cross. the badge has like an added wing moving onto the door. It's probably there to make the taller cars feel longer but id love to get my hands on one to see what it'd look like on my R-Line Polo.

£158, pffffft!

Are these likely to do any damage to the paint if I ever wanted to take them off? Don’t want to commit and then hate the way it looks!

The tape is double sided foam. If you ever want them off, you cut through the foam with dental floss, using a sawing motion, then the residue left rolls/rubs off.

Awesome. I’m still undecided as to whether I like the side badges or not. Bought the front grill and steering wheel one. The car is actually a company car so don’t want to add anything I can’t take off easily if needs be.
