VW T6 - help with retrofit HBA & adaptation channels

Hi Guys,

I know this is a Polo forum but seeing as you blokes tend to fit the T6 BCM I wonder if you can help me out. If it's any consolation I am looking for a polo GTi for the misses lol

Just been reading Ciclo's excellent thread & was wondering if anyone has a full adaptation channel list for the BCM. You guys are streets ahead when it comes to modifying & seeing as we share BCM's hoping you can help me out

I have a highline T6 with rain sensing & auto-lights but I want to add the HBA. I've followed the thread but cant find the hidden adaptation channels I need

Can anyone help me out, pretty please

channel 53 --- HBA activation.
channel 54 --- Lights management for left stalk with return spring. 1x. (from factory in VW T6 PQ25)

Hi,

Many thanks for this but how do you ever get time to eat & sleep with all the tweaks you find

I am doing all the research now as my mirror wont turn up till the end of this week & i want to jump straight into it when it arrives lol

Just one other tweak, looking round the Golf forums there is a setting so the dash remembers the setting used on the HBA, (so you dont have to flick the stalk everytime) Does yours do this or is this another setting to be found somewhere?

It's been a few years since this started, in helping/sharing was what I spent the most time. In my case, the mods were made in 0, seconds according to the moment.
Step by step, slowly ...


Our Golf MK7.5 PQ37 remembers the last configuration of lights for the Light Assist (VCDS mod), in the PQ25 I do not know if it is possible, as you say, it may be necessary to investigate further.
It is an option that my wife likes... and me too, 'super' comfort.

Mirror finally arrived, all installed & working. thanks for your input mister, now if only i could get it to remember the setting of on when the ignition is cycled
