I want to install a towbar on my polo gti for carrying bikes.
Anyone done that? Did you have to cut a little of the car plastic?

In case anyone is wondering what it looks like.
Had the Aragon permanent towbar installed. Unfortunately there are no removable models from any brands that I could find.
They had to cut the bumper abit but it looks very tidy. The towbar extends about 5cm behind the car so gotta be careful parking.
Took them about 3 hours to install it. Its a place that specializes in towbars, so I guess doing it yourself will take much longer. As far as I understand the hardest part is doing the electricity/
