Rear screen washer

Out of interest, can anyone tell me please if I am supposed to have a rear screen wiper washer working or even fitted? If so, another little job to do
The model is a 2004/5 1.2 9n

All Polos will have a rear washer.
The jet should push down into the pipe inside the wiper shaft.
Can you hear the pump running when you select the rear wash and wipe.
Edit:- there should be a cover on the end of the rear wiper arm, if the jet is broken off, you will need to get the broken off end of the jet assembly out and press a new one in.

Thanks for all advice. Fitted new motor and arm and found the washer bottle to rear pipe disconnected and now all working

Mine stopped working. Water dripping from rear left side of car near exhaust. The pipe connector above the rear left side wheel arch in the boot had just decided to come apart ! Jet is not blocked, not been near this connector ever.
Re routed the pipe to give more slack around the connector, snapped it back together and all is well

Great when it’s a quick fix and free LOL
