Scratched bumper and rear light

I scratched my bumper when loading a bike into the boot of the polo - the metal peddle caught the bumper lip and I was trying to careful not to hit any part of it! And after I got the bike out it slipped and the metal bar hit the rear light and left a small white mark. Is there any recommended products I can use that have been used by anyone here that work well and are cheap?

If it’s very light scratches where you can’t get your fingernail in or see primer I’ve had good results with Meguiers x 2.0
