Have a reverse camera that I bought alongside my RCD330, which has dynamic lines.
Fitted RCD330 weeks ago fine.
Was trying to fit the camera today to my Polo 6R, but got stuck.
Diagram of parts from seller
The bit im struggling on so far is the Canbus bit, where is the canbus located to connect those parts to?
Unless Im blind I cant see anything in the Quadlock to attach them too.
Can someone assist?
Did ask the seller but I think language barrier is an issue.

You'll have a orange/brown (can low) and orange/green (can high) wire in your quadlock. I think this is what you are looking for.

I’ll take it out again and try get some pictures tomorrow.
But what would I need to do remove those wires from the quad lock ?
Unsure how the two Can Low & High connectors shown in the diagram will fit into the quadlock , as there’s seemingly no space.
Unless I’m missing something obvious excuse my lack of knowledge

You'll have to connect them to the existing wiring (i.e. soldering, clamps, crimping).

Also what Fuse would you recommend connecting the camera too?
I believe it needs 12V

Looked at the fuse diagrams available on forum, still a bit confused.
I believe I should be looking for a ACC fuse that is only live once the ignition is on.
Any suggestions as to which fuse to use? Or would I need to tape into an existing?
According to the diagram fuse 8 - is used to control injector cylinders on cars up to March 2010. My car is September 2010 so not in use on my car, I assume this is controlled by ignition and can be used?

Did you find a way to work this out? I have the same camera with the same wires. I can't work out which ones to cut in order to add them to the Quadlock.

I didn’t no sadly.
But going to give it another go on the weekend as completely gave up and forgot about it.
Did you end up sorting it?
Sorry for late response.
Question for anyone viewing:
Looking at diagram in original post.
If I use a fuse Tap can I just connect the reverse camera fuse directly into it instead of having to crimp? As it already has a fuse and blade connected to the wire.
Where as I see a lot of reverse camera sets usually only have the cable to crimp to tap.
Or would I need to cut the fuse off?
Also which fuse would I even connect it to unsure which is ACC

Okay got it working at front of car.
However I’ve put the bracket with the camera in the registration light but how do feed the cable off the camera into the boot from the bracket?
I push the cable through but can’t seee where it’s coming out?

is the camera compatible with the canbus of your Polo 6C? the first post was about the Polo 6R. if you disconnect the camera, does the OPS return? can you read any error codes from your car?

Hello Damon/ Macro..
Can you post the pictures and wiring kit of the reverse camera you people are trying to install. I can't see the camera picture posted earlier.
Thanks.

Perhaps you need to code the OPS module to tell it that there is a camera pesent?
