Absolutely nothing to note whatsoever, just concerned about Engine Light.
Bought a OBD2 reader and it threw up no codes at all so nothing to clear.

It might be worth trying an ECU reset and seeing if it returns. I did read that error can arise from issues with the selector (if I'm not mistaken), and in more serious cases with the transmission. In the latter case, I would think codes would be present.
