Canbus ignition ?

Ok total Noob here.

I am upgrading factory Stereo in Polo 63 plate.

I am looking at this particular set up : https://incartec.co.uk/product/Volkswag ... 14-IGN-230

Now will this simply replace what I have fitted, once the quad lock iso harness is attached ?
Is this model polo a 'can bus ignition' ?

As I said, I drive them and sing in them, I don't fix them.

Any help welcome, thanks.

It looks like they'll be including:
Quadlock to ISO radio adapter harness, with CANbus ignition and antenna adapter (20-156A-IGN)

So I think it will be more or less a plug and play operation

What is canbus ?

Do I need to do anything else apart from 'plug and play' ?

Canbus is the name for your data network in your car.
I think you should be OK with the set you're showing but I'd recommend to ask the seller

Hi again guys.

So I purchased and installed the Pioneer stereo and iso harness.
All worked well for 2 days but all of a sudden, I get intermittent power to the unit.
If I unplug the Canbus interface and reconnect it, it powers up.
Do you think this is a faulty Canbus adapter ?
Or a wiring issue ?

TY.
