Whats the acceptable current draw from the battery when the car is off?

Post by grim007 »

I've been experiencing problems with my 2019 polo starting hard in the mornings.
The car has been at the dealership for several days, apparently they found the problem, but I'm not 100% convinced.. will see.
The technician claimed that 0.1 amps is normal for a modern car.
Is that true? Google tells different results but I think around 0.03 is the recommended value.
I wasn't able to find this data in erwin.

There is no hard limit but I'd say 100mA is already a bit high.
