What wires do I need to retrofit stalks with TRIP/OK

I don't know how to google the type of wires. I know there are 3 wires that need to be installed, but what kind of wires?

0.3 mm- 0.5mm is fine

ok, but aren't there multiple types of connectors? This would be my first wiring work so I know absolutely nothing about the type of wires and connectors used.
When doing a google search this part number kept showing up : 000979132E, is it correct?

Do you know if the stalks can be bought separately? What I mean is, can the stalks be separated and let me just buy the wiper stalk with the buttons and install it in place of my basic one?

well you can tear pretty much everything apart but I wouldn't recommend it.

Makes sense.
Also, is the slip ring from a basic polo compatible with the mfd stalks? I wouldn't pay extra for it if it wasn't necessary.

yes it is, you can swap them over.

Would these connectors be good for the job? While waiting for the wires I ordered to come I thought of pulling these from a broken plug I had laying around.

yeah I know, the downside is the really long waiting period. I've asked a friend that works at Skoda if he can source some wires for me.
