1.6 tdi P0101 00 [167] - Implausible Signal

hello guys, it's been a while since I can not get rid of this light, I also changed the mass air flow sensor + modification to the intake by vw but nothing, advice?
through vcds I can easily read the value of g / s (in idle they are between 10-11g / s)
the car has the egr off + remapping but hasn't given any problems for over 2 years without touching anything.

We had a similar issue on A3 ( CAY), we fitted two mafs and then same fault appeared. The car also had work on ECU

you should log data for (mg/stroke)-MAF_MES 3rd or 4 gear

Id try to clean the MAF with brake cleaner and spraz some contact spray id you have in the connector.
