GTI+ Driving Mode - INDIVIDUAL settings

I normally drive in 'Individual Mode' with everything set to Sport other than Suspension in Normal

However, could any of you guys provide an explanation of :-

1) Drive - How does this relate / differ to Gearbox in Sport or Normal setting... confused
2) ACC - Is this throttle sensitivity? (I'm assuming Acceleration and not Automatic Cruise Control )

Owned the car 2.5 years an none the wiser!
