Drivers side door won't unlock with key fob

Hi,
I had done the remote key fob upgrade to my car (9n3, 2006, 3 door) and it's been working fine for well over a year but recent the drivers side door won't unlock with the key fob. When I click the button it unlock the passenger side and the boot but not the drivers side. It unlocks fine putting the key into the lock. Also when opening the car from the passenger side lock it also unlocks the drivers side so it's not something to do with the locking module. The car also locks fine with the key fob it's just unlocking it.
Any help would be appreciated thanks.
