jerky at low revs dsg !

hi on my polo 2021 i am getting abit of sort of jerkyness normaly if you are going slow over speed humps etc its a dsg and just doesnt seem that smooth,is this normal for the 3 cylinder engine ?
i normaly have bigger engine golfs and have never noticed this before?

I notice this if I’m accelerating over them. I coast over the bumps and no issues.

hi i have only been using E5 super :lol: i would of thourt it would be worse with e10 normal unleaded :roll:

Doesn’t always seem to be the case. I’ve read on some forums that some cars actually seem to run better on E10 than E5, so you could be wasting money as IMHO it’s not necessary to run a 1.0 three cylinder engine on E5 97-99 octane petrol; it should run perfectly well on E10 95 octane petrol. The only real benefit of using E5 might be the additional cleaning properties of the additives it contains compared to E10, so maybe fill up with the occasional tankful of E10.

I run my GTI+ on E10 supermarket fuel (Tesco). I used to use Tesco Momentum 99 E5, but when petrol prices hit the peak last summer I switched to normal E10 unleaded and it runs just as smoothly with no discernible difference in performance and mpg is no different.

I had the same problem and it gave a combustion error, I solved the problem by putting liquimoly the car was much smoother at low rpm
