little plastic thingamajigs

Anyone know if/where the small plastic runners for mk3 seats can be got from? The white things that clip onto the lower part of the frame and fit into the side rails on the floor...

Hoping that new ones are available somewhere, even if from a dealership. Mine seemed to have worn flat on the bottom edge from years of heavy folk sitting in the seats and adjusting them back/forth, which means they don't fit snugly in the rails any more and so the seat wobbles a bit. Particularly on tight corners or getting in/out of car.
Same story with the ones on the chairs I got from Steve, though not as severe as they were newer - still present though!

...Its either that or try to build the surface up with plastic cement or melting the end of an old comb onto the worn edge...

(i could also maybe do with a new lower steering column cover, but that's an any-old-scrapyard job)
