Air Con Drain

Hi All newbie to the forum!! 2016 Polo 1.2Tsi Blue Motion.
I have noticed a constant drip from my air con drain resulting in the felt padding becoming soaking wet and dripping onto the cross member and subsequently onto the floor.
Has anybody else noticed this and is there a solution?
