VCDS, Camera and Parking Sensors

Hello, how are you? I wanted to see if someone could guide me or help me with a problem I have with VCDS, the reverse camera, and reverse sensors.
My Polo doesn’t have a factory-installed reverse camera or reverse sensors. Over a year ago, I installed a reverse camera that comes out of the rear door logo. Everything worked fine, and it appears on the screen. I didn’t have to modify anything in VCDS when I installed the camera.
Right now, I’m trying to install the 8K module for the reverse sensors. I’ve already done the installation, but now I’m dealing with VCDS. From Module 19 – Gateway → Installation List, I installed 10 – Park/Steer Assist. But when I do this, the camera stops working; nothing shows on the screen (When I put the car in reverse, I can hear the camera activate/open)
I can hear a beep from the sensor horn, but still nothing appears on the screen.
If anyone has had this problem or has any idea for a solution, I would really appreciate it.

Hi, in addition to activating module 10 in the GW installation list, you must, through coding or adaptation (depending on the type of module 10 installed), tell module 10 if you have RVC installed.
Auto Scan? or info of the installed module...

Hi Ciclo, thanks for your help. I managed to get the sensors working, they now appear on my car’s screen. The only thing left is to make the camera show up. The camera I have is one I bought on Aliexpress; it connects to the reverse light of the taillight and sends the video signal through the typical yellow RCA cable. The parking sensors are also from Aliexpress, but those do come with a module that I connected to the car’s cluster. I’m also sharing the autoscan I did with VCDS—if you need anything, could you let me know how to get it?

Hi,
Basics for VCDS or any other diagnostic tool:
- AutoScan or Clear all DTCs: IGN ON, ENG ON. (in most cases)
- Any other diagnostic procedure such as coding/adaptation/flashing, etc.: IGN ON, ENG OFF, and turn off all battery-draining electrical devices such as lights, radio, A/C, etc. The battery is not an infinite resource!
Correct the GW installation list in module 19.
- You must check or uncheck the modules that are or are not installed in your 6R.
- In your case: uncheck addresses 22 and 2D, and then check 56. Save.
Address 10:
- Verify Adaptations: Visual display for Park Assist - Rearview camera.
- New coding: 308001 (security access is required, enter -71679- before coding)
Address 56:
-Code correctly. The label contains the bit descriptions you should mark according to your vehicle's equipment.
eg:
Verify all Bytes! ... (graphics-6R)
New Autoscan:
Autoscan, GW installation list, Clear all DTCs, Done. Start new autoscan. Save.

You may need to RESET the radio or perform a new ignition cycle, or both. (RESET: press the on/off or MENU button on the radio for 10s)
I don't know the exact procedure for 'this radio' to make the changes take effect.
