Hi there does anyone know who does a decat pipe for a 2000 reg polo gti. Thanks :)

Take your cat (or a spare one if you can get your hands on one) fix it securely in a vice. Take one screwdriver and repeatedly stab the internals to bits. The take one rubber mallet and repeatedly smack the **** out of the top of the cat. All being well the internals will drop out and hay presto a decat :lol: :lol: :lol:

thats an expensive way to de-cat!!!! unless you where willing to put it back on befor your MOT each year theres no point! i don't think you get any benifit from it

Bloody good way IMHO - it how I de catted the Lotus Carlton cos they are welded in....... Mind you I don't need cats for MOT cos it's pre Aug 1992 :lol:

It's fine as long as you can get hold of a spare cat and downpipe to put on for the MOT

some custom zorst place like powerflow do it. :wink:
