I'm taking out the 6-disc autochager from my Polo 9n and selling it. With the kit you buy from VW you get the CD Unit, Spacer, Lead to connect to the Gamma head unit and another (power?) cable.
The problem is, I can remove the other cable, it's made up of 2 thin wires which I guess is for the illumination.
Has anyone fitted the VW single or multi disc player on their polo? was this cable already there??
There problem is that it disappears behind the vents joins up with a load of other wires, then heads towards the dash, and I can't remove it.
And as you can tell I havn't really got a clue so don't want to start pulling things apart!
Any ideas?
